Morocco- Government Wants to Encourage Social Dialogue Official


(MENAFN- Morocco World News) The government wants to encourage social dialogue its regularity and rules whether at the national and provincial levels or within enterprises to uphold democracy and social peace said on Saturday minister of employment and social affairs Abdesslam Seddiki.

In a speech to the working class on the occasion of May 1st (labor day) the minister underlined that the government spared no effort over the past four years to call for dialogue and interact favorably with social partners noting that a series of meetings was held in this context the latest dated on April 29.

The meetings with social partners will continue immediately after the celebration of the labor day he said.

While commending the adherence of trade unions to the process of dialogue and consultations the minister affirmed the government’s determination to pursue dialogue to achieve the set goals in order to preserve the shared interests of the concerned parties while taking account of the country’s higher interest and challenges facing it.
