Economic Cooperation Core Element of Morocco s Diplomacy: Minister


(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Economic cooperation has become a core element of Morocco’s diplomacy Minister-delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mbarka Bouaida said Tuesday.

This vision was expressed for the first time by HM King Mohammed VI in his message to the Conference of the Ambassadors of HM the King held on August 30 2013 in Rabat she recalled at the House of advisors (Higher house).

Since then the ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation endeavors to boost economic diplomacy through the participation of business delegations in all diplomatic and political meetings she added.

The minister highlighted Morocco’s assets that help supporting economic diplomacy mainly security stability and the progress made in promoting business climate.

Promoting economic diplomacy also involves the organization of several economic conferences by the ministry of Foreign affairs or in coordination with other departments Bouaida added stressing the importance of South-South cooperation.
