base in Pathankot on Sunday are engaging security forces in a heavy
exchange of fire news channels report according to dpa.
"Combing operations have continued through the night" senior Punjab
police office Vijay Pratap Singh tells India Today news channel by
telephone.
Singh confirmed that two suspected militants were still inside the
air base. "We will neutralise them soon ... Let us do our job now"
Singh says.
