Jordan- 6 arrested, narcotics, stolen cars seized in Ma'an


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Security apparatuses on Monday arrested six wanted people besides seizing hauls of narcotics and three stolen vehicles, Ma'an police told Petra as crackdown on culprits intensifies.

Ma'an police chief Colonel, Omar al-Khudair, told Petra the six criminals were wanted for their involvement in different criminal activities, and two of them were caught in possession of narcotics. All stolen vehicles in the city were confiscated.

He said all those arrested are being investigated in order to refer them to judicial authorities.
