(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah left Saudi Arabia following the winding-up of the 135th GCC ministerial meeting.
The meeting discussed several issues and topics trageting more Gulf integration, the latest regional and international developments, mainly the situations in Yemen, Syria, Libya and Iraq.
The meeting also considered the Palestinian cause and means of promoting international efforts to combat terrorism.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled headed the Kuwaiti delegation, which included Director of GCC Affairs Department Ambassador Nasser Hejji Al-Muzain, Deputy Director of Foreign Minister's Office Ambassador Saleh Salem Al-Loghani and a number of the ministry's officials.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled was seen off at Riyadh Air Base by Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Bin Jubeir, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the embassy's diplomats and GCC Secretary General Abdulatif Al-Zayani.
