Corporate Credit and Cash Flow Analysis

 

It is the future cash flows that pay interest and principal, not historic accrual profits. This seminar explores the importance of cash flow analysis in the credit assessment process.

Beyond its focus on cash flow analysis, this seminar deals with credit risk issues of companies with international activities and the difficulties involved when dealing with off-balance sheet and contingent liabilities. It also provides an introduction to the concepts pf corporate valuation and its usefulness for assessing company solvency.

The course is a second in a series of general corporate credit risk analysis seminars offered by Moody’s Training Services and builds on the concepts explored in Moody’s Fundamentals of Credit Analysis course.<
