Foundations of Financial Analysis for Hotels & Leisure Properties
This two-day course in hotel and resort property financial analysis is the one of a series of commercial property seminars designed to provide delegates with a solid working foundation in the concepts, principles, analytical methods and tools useful for making prudent investment and finance decisions.
This course offers delegates a practical understanding of hotel and resort property financial analysis starting with basic concepts and then building towards a comprehensive case study.
Delegates will understand that unlike other property types where source of cash flow are tied to long-term leases, hotel and resort properties are re-let on a daily basis, how such re-let – more so than other property types – are especially affected by national, regional and local economic factors, and how to effectively assess the property’s performance.
Seminar delegates will gain a practical understanding of hotel and resort properties that can be immediately applied. The seminar is designed to provide a broad platform of skills assuming relatively little or no prior knowledge or experience with hotel and resort properties. The fundamental goal of the seminar is to provide a good understanding of hotel and resort property financial analysis so delegates will be equipped to immediately evaluate and use the knowledge gained.<
