With the resurgence of interest in real estate from GCC based investors we are launching the IDIS which will be the first major international property exhibition to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s latest state of the art exhibition centre, the Riyadh International Exhibition centre.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its vast oil reserves is one of the richest and fastest developing countries in the region. Real Estate is increasingly perceived as an attractive alternative to conventional investments such as share and bonds.

This has attracted international developers and agents to the region and in particular to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , fuelled by excess liquidity, low interest rates, increased confidence in the economic environment and an ease in regulatory red tape. The region also has one of the world’s fastest growing populations , rising at around 6% annually.

IDIS will be promoted to attract key players in the industry – from institutional investors to major fund managers and high net-worth individuals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and other GCC countries.<
