Middle East and North Africa Energy 2019
The annual Chatham House MENA Energy conference will this year address the interplay between established and emerging powers and the competition for influence in the region; attitudes towards investment in oil and gas amid a downturn in recent years; economic and energy reform agendas; and structural barriers to diversification.
