Strategic Human Resource Audit & Risk Management
This 2-day course has been designed keeping the importance of effective HR risk management and audits in mind, and hence allows delegates to assess key human capital risks, develop HR metrics and develop a strategic audit and risk assessment framework to ensure successful HR risk mitigation and align the HR function with the business goals of the organisation.
Overall, this training event will allow delegates to understand HR audit as a key strategic planning tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the human resource function, minimise potential risks, develop key strengths and highlight areas of weaknesses for the development of successful HR policies and practices that will impact the bottom line of their organisation.

Lesley Clark has more than 20 years of experience as a Human Capital Management Generalist and Talent Management Specialist, supported by an Honors degree in Employee Relations. Lesley experience in talent management began as a teacher (H Dip Ed) in 1991, and was further embedded by her move into the private sector in 1994 where she functioned as a senior manager in Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management roles respectively. This provided her with solid line management and operations experience. In 2001, she joined PWC (which later became IBM Business Consulting Services.) as a Senior Human Capital Management Consultant. Since 2004, Lesley has been contracting independently and has built a strong capability in Organizational and Individual Performance Management, Organizational Design (OE), Leadership Development and Change Management.
