Caritas Jordan donates for Rohingya Muslims


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 21 (Petra) -- Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) Ayman Mufleh, Tuesday received representative of the Caritas Jordan, a humanitarian non-governmental charity organization affiliated with the Catholic Church Bishop William Shomali.

His visit came to donate for Myanmar's minority Rohingya Muslims, as part of a fund-raising campaign launched by JHCO in cooperation with the Professional Associations' Complex.

Mufleh said Jordan represents values of coexistence and harmony among the different religions to serve humanity. He appreciated the donation of the charity organization, which reflects the real partnership and continued coordination between JHCO and Caritas Jordan that began years ago to shape the values of religious coexistence.
