King orders airlift of injured Jordanian citizen from Saudi Arabia


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 3 (Petra) -- Under directives from His Majesty King Abdullah II, a Royal Jordanian air force plane on Friday headed to Ha'il, Saudi Arabia to airlift Jordanian Samih Nasr, who was injured in a traffic accident.

Nasr will be treated at the King Hussein Medical Center in Amman under the King's directives, according to a Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs' statement.

It added that under instructions from Jordan's ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ali Kayed, the embassy coordinated with the Saudi authorities to airlift the injured from the Ha'il airport.
