(MENAFN) Chief prosecutor of Spain has demanded charges against Catalan leader after the announcement of independence.
Jose Manuel Maza said that rebellion and provocation need to be included in the charge by local officials.
It happens as the country prepares measures to enforce direct control of Catalonia, and even replacing its civil servants with Spanish ones.
