Saudi- Sudanese Deputy Premier and Information Minister Visits SPA

Riyadh, Muharram 22, 1439, Oct 12, 2017, SPA -- The Deputy Premier and Minister of Information of the Republic of Sudan, Dr. Ahmad Bilal Othman, paid a visit to the headquarters of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) in Al-Sahafah district of Riyadh, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom.
During his the tour during which he was accompanied by the President of the Saudi Press Agency Abdullah bin Fahd Al Hussein, Dr. Othman was briefed on the work process of the Agency's departments, sections and halls, including the local and international news editing, photography, the new media and the Media Center which hosts modern technological and technical equipment and devices.
He was also briefed on a detailed explanation on the mechanism of daily media work and the stages of broadcasting the news until reaching large numbers of receivers through the transmission in the automated system of "SPA", and the technical and editorial capabilities available to provide a qualitative work to keep pace with the national renaissance in various fields, and the way it deals with various media sources and materials.
