BankDhofar Rewards programme was available only via (www.bankdhofarrewards.com), where customers can earn points when they use their credit cards. Adding more convenience to its electronic banking channels, BankDhofar added the feature to its mobile banking.
These points can then be redeemed through the website, allowing customers to choose from more than 300 airlines and destinations worldwide. They also have the choice of over 180,000 hotels across the globe to use the points. Additionally, the rewards programme allows customers to redeem points at various shopping outlets, restaurants, cafes, health clubs and spas. BankDhofar mobile banking app is available for Android and IOS.
In addition to the rewards programme, BankDhofar credit cards as well as debit cards offer a vast array of exclusive benefits and privileges including appealing discounts and special offers at various shopping outlets, hotels, health and wellness outlets, dining, boutiques, travel, leisure and entertainment. Special offers include exclusive discounts that range between 5 per cent and 50 per cent when using BankDhofar debit or credit cards.
The diverse range of services available to BankDhofar card users also include, but are not limited to, cash withdrawal in RO (AED and US$ in some ATMs), requests for mini statement, balance inquiry, self-fund transfer, third party transfer, card-less cash withdrawal.
