Kuwait- Two Holy Mosques museum attracts millions of visitors during Hajj

MAKKAH, Aug 30 (KUNA) -- The two Holy Mosques architectural museum is one of the most sought out exhibitions that attracts millions of visitors during the Hajj season.
The exhibition, which identifies different stages of constructional development in the two Holy Mosques throughout Islamic centuries, is an important destination for more than half million visitors every year.
The museum includes a number of artifacts, manuscripts, and inscriptions.
It has also precious antiques, architectural figures, and rare historical photos.
The Stones forming the columns of Al-Kaaba, which dates back to 65 AH, The Black Stone frame, which dated back to the reign of Ottoman Sultan Murad Khan, and the Kaaba stairs, which is around 200 years old, are the most precious contents of the museum. (end) nsa.nhq
