AMMAN —AlGhad— A police source confirmed AlGhad that authorities have arrested three of the vandals involved in the Muwaqqar elections incidents, including the main instigator, who turned out to be one of the candidates for the Central Badia district. Earlier this month, a band of vandals assaulted a number of polling centres in the Central Badia and smashed numerous ballot boxes.
