Delhi High Court bomb threat

Delhi police issued a high alert on Thursday following a threat to bomb the Delhi High Court, PTI reported.

About 11 am, the police control room received a call from a man who said he had planted a bomb in the building that would detonate in one hour.

The bomb squad and the fire department rushed to the scene, along with a special weapons and tactics team. However, no bomb was found. The hoax call has been traced to a number in western Uttar Pradesh and it was made from northeast Delhi's Bhajanpura, NDTV reported.
