(MENAFN) Damac Properties announced that villas in its Akoya Imagine Phase One Dubai, has been sold out, and said that the launch of the second phase is to set to start by the end of July.
In detail, the modern-styled villas, which are designed and priced to attract professionals in the under-35 age group, have proven to be popular and one of the greenest golf communities in Dubai.
Moreover, the sales event for Phase Two is set to srat on July 30 from 2 pm till 10 pm on a first-come-first-served basis, and will be held for one day at Jumeirah Emirates Towers (Godolphin Ballroom) in Dubai.
"With the number of mega projects under way in Dubai, such as Expo 2020 as well as tourist and leisure attractions," managing director of Damac Properties said.
