NBC session highlights Muscat Municipality's Baladiyeti app

The National Business Centre (NBC) in cooperation with Riyada organised the seventh Mashura session to showcase Muscat Municipality's application, Baladiyeti, on Tuesday. According to a press release, the session held at Riyada introduced the app to SME owners.

The session saw Muscat Municipality officials highlighting the app's features and its working. The officials added that the application aims at boosting municipal work efficiency; providing better services in innovative ways; facilitating access to the municipal services for the largest possible segment; saving time, effort and money; and increasing transparency and trust between the client and the civic body.

Besides facilitating management of transactions for the municipality the app also helps conduct follow-ups and updates.
