Moreover, the usufruct deal was signed, in the name of the Authority, which came as a part of spreading the nation's sources of income.
Al Khonji Real Estate was granted the usufruct right to develop a land area of almost 661,000 square meters to build a tourist and real estate project.
In addition, the project will be executed in many phases, at an almost cost of USD1.01mn, and is predicted to make almost 4,000 direct jobs when is finished.
