UAE- Spooktacular IMG Worlds of Adventure unveils The Haunted Hotel

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) IMG Worlds of Adventure has welcomed its very own "haunted hotel" to its list of attractions, promising a spooky experience that visitors will not be able to forget in a hurry.

For those in search of something eerily different, The Haunted Hotel is a must-visit for residents looking for a quick staycation and for tourists wanting something out of the ordinary. Check-in is alarmingly fast, the service is awfully good and the staff are said to be hauntingly accommodating.

This unique property, owned by the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, guarantees a night you'll never forget.Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a sickly stench that fills the air and can later enjoy the haunting soundtrack of hair-raising screams. Although they may try and grab your attention, mingling with other guests is certainly not advised.

The Haunted Hotel is also not the kind of place where visitors should expect fresh towels and luxury shampoos. Similarly, the food is a meat-lovers delight. Unethically sourced by the hotel's butcher, every dish, once it arrives, is said to look horribly familiar. Brothers Jack and Scott Donavan will manage the quality establishment, taking extra special care of their visitors.

Lennard Otto, chief executive officer of IMG Worlds of Adventure, said: "We are thrilled to be launching The Haunted Hotel, which will offer our guests a spine-tingling time, leaving lasting memories which they will hope to forget. Although there are hundreds of hotels close by, we wanted to do something different and the way the Donovan brothers like to run a business caught our attention. Their approach to hospitality is certainly not for the faint hearted. As the guest experience is our number one priority for IMG Worlds of Adventure, we strongly advise you will be entering The Haunted Hotel at your own risk."

Asked about the possibility of visitors spending the night or two in the hotel in the future, Otto said that once IMG Worlds of Adventure has opened there may be opportunities for guests to sleep at the hotel, through special events and private parties.

"As with every attraction at IMG Worlds of Adventure, we offer our guests a fully immersive 360 experience therefore The Haunted Hotel will include a combination of professional actors, interactive technology, and special effects to provide the most terrifying guest experience possible," he said. "The attraction will be an interactive tour for guests through the many levels of the hotel, hosted by a horrifying set of characters, for the fright of their life. Similar to walking onto the set of your favourite scary movie, The Haunted Hotel is suitable for guests age 15 and older."

IMG Worlds of Adventure will open in its entirety on August 15, with the exception of the 12-screen Novo Cinema, which will open shortly thereafter. Tickets are currently available for online purchase on the IMG Worlds website, with adult ticket prices set at Dh300 and children at Dh250 for an all-day adventure offering access to over 20 signature rides and attractions, including live shows and a 5D cinema experience.
