(MENAFN) Jordan will get a shipment of barley from the UAE's Al Dahra firm in June as part of a deal, which received 50,000 metric tons from Yanal Barmawi Co.
Moreover, the kingdom received a shipment of wheat totaling 52,000 metric tons from Al Dahra, which is the first shipment of almost 400,000 tons of wheat.
Additionally, under an agreement with the firm, Jordan buys metric tons at USD 4 less than global markets.
On the other hand, the deal with the UAE company will save Jordan almost USD 2.25mn per year.
