Morocco- Fez to Host the National Conference of English Studies


(MENAFN- Morocco World News) The National Conference of English Studies at the Moroccan University in the Age of Globalization is scheduled to take place April 28-29 at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez.

The two-day event is designed to provide an in-depth look at innovative teaching practices adopted by English instructors in Moroccan higher education.

The event will include a number of speeches delivered by English professors from different universities.

The conference aims to showcase how student-centered teaching works in practice through presentations on a variety of topics including pedagogical approaches in Moroccan higher education Moroccan English Studies in the age of globalization and building intercultural competence in foreign language education.

Event organizers intend to provide a platform for professors to discuss the future of English language instruction in Morocco. The conference will also pay tribute to Mohamed Ouakrime PhD a professor at the Faculty of Letters and Sciences Dhar Mehraz Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University Fez.

Ouakrime will deliver a presentation about difficulties students face during the transition from high school to university.

The conference is designed to bring together educators scholars and graduate students to discuss incorporating technology into English language education and improving teaching strategies in Moroccan universities.
