He was seen off at King Khalid International Airport by Minister of State, Cabinet's Member and Chief of Royal Court Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Issa; Saudi Ambassador to Nigeria Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Safyan, and a representative of the Royal Protocol.
