RIYADH 10th December 2015 (WAM) -- Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has left Riyadh after leading the UAE delegation to the 36th Gulf Cooperation Council Summit which concluded today.
