(MENAFN- Gulf Times) A reception celebrating the Japanese Emperor's 82nd birthday was held in Doha recently. The event, hosted at Japanese ambassador Shingo Tsuda's residence, was attended by a number of
officials, dignitaries and ambassadors. They included special guests HE the Minister of
Administrative Development Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi, HE the Foreign Minister's Assistant for International Co-operation Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani,
director of protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ambassador Ibrahim Fakhroo, and dean of the Diplomatic Corps Ali Ibrahim Ahmed. Pictured is the ceremonial cutting of the cake at the reception.
