Kuwait's Viva Telecom Earns KD 32.8 Million


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kuwait's Viva Telecommunication Company reported on Sunday KD 32.8 profits in the last nine months, jumping by 66 Fils per share when compared to KD 29.2 million and 59 Fils per share in the same period last year.
The company, an affiliate of Saudi Telecom, said in a statement published in Kuwait Stock Exchange website, that the total shareholder's equity reached KD 82.7 million in the past nine months of 2015, compared to KD 38.8 million last year, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
Viva's total assets reached KD 257 million, its liabilities KD 181.7 million in the same period of last year.
Established on 2008, VIVA Telecom was listed in Kuwait bourse in 2014 with a paid capital of KD 49.9 million.
