(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Algiers Dhu-AlHijjah 16 1436 September 30 2015 SPA -- Algeria and Russia have stressed the urgent need to reach a political solution of the crisis in Syria it was reported here today.
This came in a statement issued by Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs following a meeting between Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in the framework of the bilateral talks held on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York.
The statement added that the meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries in the field of cooperation on economic military and cultural level as well as energy.
