(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) His Majesty King Abdullah II met in in Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security, Guo Sheng Kun.
During the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 2015 China-Arab States Expo, the King voiced Jordan's keenness to enhance economic partnership with China, pointing to Jordan's investment environment, and the privileges and incentives it offers to investors.
His Majesty voiced appreciation of the efforts of the Chinese government, the government of Ningxia and other concerned bodies for organizing the 2015 China-Arab States Expo, that will contribute to promoting Arab-Chinese cooperation, mainly in the economic field.
The King also thanked China for selecting Jordan as a guest of honor at the China Expo and for the support the Kingdom had received to ensure the success of the Kingdom's participation in the expo, and to capitalize on it to serve relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, which was attended by top officials from both sides, the King was also briefed about activities carried out by Yinchuan city to boost cooperation with Arab and Islamic countries in addition to the role of businessmen in strengthening bilateral cooperation and economic partnership.
The Chinese official thanked His Majesty for the visit and for attending the expo that aims to enhance Arab-Chinese relations.
