(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Developing education in Kuwait is a responsibility that all sectors of society should partake in, said an official at the Education Ministry Sunday.
Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Haitham Al-Athari told KUNA that all sectors of society should partake in the developed of education in Kuwait, noting that the recently signed agreement between the World Bank and the ministry was a step towards that grand goal.
The KD 38 million-agreement, signed Last March, will help develop school curriculums in Kuwait, noted Al-Athari, affirming that the agreement will help shape the future of education in Kuwait.
Regarding the ministry's preparation for the 2015-16 new school year, Al-Athari said that they were fine tuning measures to receive students in the upcoming days, affirming the readiness on part of the ministry for such challenge.
