(MENAFN- Daily News Egypt) A fire in a wood factory in Qaliubiya governorate left 19 people dead and 22 injured on Tuesday.
The fire occurred in an industrial district of Obour City, northeast Cairo. An large-scale presence of ambulances is at the site of the accident, Health Ministry spokesperson Hossam Abdel Ghaffar told Daily News Egypt.
The total number of human losses from the blaze are yet to be finally determined, as well as the cause of the fire.
