(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatari sport commentator Mohamed Al Lanjawi (pictured) died yesterday after a prolonged illness, Al Sharq website reports. He was a sport commentator, actor and broadcaster, was known for his character 'Baba Lanja' as broadcaster in children's programmes as well as plays for children, including Cinderella and Birds of the Forest (2010) and A Journey to Treasure.
