(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) An engineer faced two counts of molestation for allegedly sexually harassing two female cleaners at his place on March 12.
The 23-year-old Egyptian's behaviour took the women by surprise as they were engaged in their work, the Court of First Instance has heard.
The first complainant, a Filipina, 31, said she was at the defendant's place in Jebel Ali around 6pm, when he allegedly approached her from behind and pressed his body against hers. The other woman, also a Filipina, 26, recounted a similar story to the prosecutor in the Court of First Instance.
She said that the accused molested her while she and the other woman were cleaning his place.
She claimed that he followed her to the bathroom where he continued his harassment.
The engineer admitted in the investigation to having molested the two women, claiming that he got a desire to have sex at that time.
