Qatar- Training workshop held for surveyors

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Under the patron of the Supreme Council of Health, the Accreditation Department of Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners in association with Royal College Canada International (RCCI) organised a training workshop for surveyors.

The CPD Accreditation Surveyors Training Programme is a formal certification to develop a qualified pool of national surveyors who will play a key role in the National CME/CPD Accreditation System for Qatar.

Surveyors were selected from public and private healthcare organisations and academic institutions to represent the healthcare sector.

They were trained in the process of reviewing the submitted accreditation applications from CPD providers, conducting successful site visits and writing professional accreditation reports.

The interactive workshop included presentations, case studies and group discussions.

The Accreditation Department continues to organise workshops in association with RCCI to orient stakeholders in the National Accreditation System and CPD Framework. It held two workshops 'Accreditation Summit 4' and 'Pilot process training' earlier this month.
