Chadian President Receives Message from Algerian Counterpart


(MENAFN- QNA) The Chadian president Idris Deby received a message from his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was handed over by Minister of Maghreb Affairs, the African Union and the Arab League Abdelkader Messahel during a meeting with President Deby.

In a press statement, Messahel said that the meeting focused on the two countries' commitments made during Deby's visit to Algiers on December 2014.

Both sides discussed the 6th meeting of Libya's neighboring countries held Friday in N'Djamena, in Chad, Messahel added, stressing commitment of the two countries to achieve peace and stability in the whole region.
