Saudi, France trade volume reaches USD10.89b in 2014


(MENAFN) The two-way trade volume between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and France reached USD10.89 billion in 2014, marking an increase by 10 percent from a year before, Arab News reported.

France immensely contributed into the Kingdom's economy, particularly in the sectors of technology, energy, infrastructure, transportation and training, according to reports.

"The investments between the two countries are important as France represents the third investor in the Kingdom, where the FDI (foreign direct investment) amounts to USD15.3 billion compared to 900 million euros Saudi investment in France," an official stated.
