(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Officials from Russia, Ukraine and the Organizationm for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) were meeting in Minsk on Wednesday to try to salvage the eastern Ukraine ceasefire
agreement reached in February, dpa reported.
The closed-door talks were expected to involve representatives of the
Russian-backed breakaway eastern Ukrainian regions of Luhansk and
Donetsk, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
