Car bomb attack in Iraqi capital kills 12

At least 12 people have died and 40 people have been injured in a car bomb attack in Iraq's capital Baghdad Sunday, according to Iraqi security officials.

The car bomb was located in Karrada district, which is a very populated neighborhood in Baghdad. According to information from Iraqi security officials, the explosion damaged many houses, cars and businesses.

On Saturday, Iraqi security forces also said six people had been killed in a car bomb attack in a military headquarters in Garma, in Al-Anbar province.
