(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Ramallah August 07 (QNA) -Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah met here today with the U.S. Consul General in Jerusalem Michael Ratney. Talks during the meeting focused on the repercussions of the brutal Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. Hamdallah briefed the US consul on the massive losses caused by the Israeli occupation army targeting civilians mainly the children women and elderly people and the damage to houses and infrastructure facilities. He urged the United States to exert more efforts to provide urgent humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip in addition to support the international efforts being made to rebuild the Gaza Strip.(QNA)
