Home price growth in China moderates


(MENAFN) Home price growth in China"s major cities was at a slower pace last month as fewer cities reported price increases from February, Xinhua reported. The country"s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said that 56 cities out of a statistical pool of 70 registered price gains in March, down from 57 the month before it. The prices of existing homes increased in 42 cities in the month, dropping from 46 in February. On yearly basis, the prices of homes increased in 69 cities despite prices moderating in 68 cities, the NBS said.
