(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) ev April 18 - The Ukrainian government has instructed Friday its ministers and other senior officials of central and regional executive authorities to organize and ensure a discussion of constitution changes on power decentralization until October 1. Russian news agency Itar-tass reported today that the cabinet took the decision on Thursday evening. Local governments the public and scientific and business circles will participate in the discussion. The Ministry of Regional Development Construction and Housing is instructed to coordinate the organizational work.
