VisitBritain and Worlds Favourite Airline Team up to Launch Joint Online Campaign to Drive 2009 Visitor Numbers;

Summer Holidays Can Be Planned Now at Great Savings, Says Official

People planning to visit Britain for business or pleasure in the coming months will soon find that there has never been a better time to do so.

VisitBritain “ the national tourism agency for Britain and British Airways today announced the launch of a joint online campaign which will run until 31 March 2009.

This strategic alliance between the two bodies aims to increase online air ticket sales over a period of three weeks. British Airways is offering very affordable tickets to Britain, with return tickets being sold on www.ba.com for the duration of the campaign, starting from just AED1990, including taxes fees and surcharges, and with validity for travel until 31 December 2009.

Due to the fall of the pound, Britain now has a unique range of extremely affordable experiences to offer visitors. And the fares now offered by British Airways make Britain the ideal weekend get-away and summer holiday for those booking online in the next three weeks, Carol Maddison, VisitBritains Marketing Manager, UAE.
