British Airways' economy upgrade offer goes regional 

(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) DUBAI - British Airways, the UK's flagship carrier, has extended its 'upgrade before you fly' offer, previously only available on the popular Dubai-London link, across the Middle East.

The deal, which allows the carrier's World Traveller (economy class) customers to upgrade to World Traveller Plus (premium economy) from only Dh820, is obtainable either at the time of booking - through the 'Manage My Booking' facility on ba.com - or, subject to availability, when checking-in online at ba.com.

"This is a great way for customers to add increased comfort to their annual holiday travel and for business travellers to get great value for money at a time when budgets are tight," said Paolo De Renzis, British Airways' Commercial Manager, Middle East.

"The offer has been a hit with our Dubai travellers purchasing an upgrade just before travel, so we want to offer our regional customers the chance to experience the same level of luxury and service from the point of purchase."
