(MENAFN) General integrity committee said that it aims to have Iraq joining UN agreement to fight corruption, as its head discussed with general inspectors the methods of rising their work and exchanged with them thoughts to end problems which face their daily work, Al-Sabah reported.

The committee is looking now for legal methods and diplomatic steps of this matter with ministry of foreign affairs, so that Iraq can join this agreement which include 135 country and that 47 other countries are trying to join it. The head of the committee showed the support of committee to general inspectors, as they important weapons in fighting financial and administrative corruption in all fields, and the put of all committee's facilities under their control to serve this goal.

He stressed on activating the rule of law and supporting it financially and administratively to shape the abilities of inspectors.
