(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Construction works at Al-Hamra Tower project are going on as per the set plan, and the 64th floor of the over-70-storey skyscraper has been completed.

The tower will be completed by the end of 2010 as planned, said Khalid al-Othman, deputy chairman and CEO of Al-Hamra Real Estate Company, which, together with Ajial Real Estate Entertainment Company, are executing the project.

Al-Hamra Tower is a supertall skyscraper currently under construction in downtown Kuwait City. The tower will become the tallest building in Kuwait on completion by 2010.

Al-Hamra Tower will have over 70 floors of office space, a rooftop restaurant and a spa. The shopping centre will include a 10-screen cinema complex which will also have theaters.
It is an international project in view of design and management, with a Kuwaiti capital, he said.

Al-Hamra Real Estate Company and Ajial Real Estate Entertainment Company always seek to implement distinguished projects to meet the expectations of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah over efforts to turn Kuwait into a regional financial center.

Unlike several other local companies, Al-Hamra company believes that it is better to invest inside Kuwait, but he called for creating a better investment atmosphere in the country.
