Jordanian Duty Free Shops Company increases profit to JD5.4m

(MENAFN - Jordan Times) Jordanian Duty Free Shops Company achieved JD5.4 million in profit during the first half of this year compared to JD4 million during the same period of last year.
The company said in a statement disclosed on Amman Stock Exchange website that shareholders equity and liabilities rose from JD25.9 million by the end of 2009 to JD26 million during the first half of 2010.
The company’s capital is JD5 million, 56 per cent of which is owned by the Social Security Corporation.
