(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (KCCI) delegation met on Tuesday evening here with Bosnian Businessmen and with members of the Bosnia-Herzegovinan chamber of foriegn trade.

The aim of the meeting is to strengthen economic relations and exchange of information about economic conditions between both countries.
The meeting enabled the KCCI delegation to explore investment opportunities in Bosnia that may benifit the Kuwaiti investors.

KCCI delegation head, Khaled Mishari Al-Khaled, stressed the importance of activating the cooperation protocol between both chambers that was signed in April 2004.

Al-Khaled assured the readiness of KCCI to recieve any Commercial Bosnian delegations in Kuwait, in order to promote the investment oppurtunities for the Kuwaiti investors.

The KCCI delegation is accompanying His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Nasser Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, who is on a state visit to Bosnia.

Al-Khaled expressed appreciation to Sheikh Nasser for providing the opportunity for the private sector to represent the Kuwaiti business society via its participation in his official delegation.

In Addition to Al-Khaled, the KCCI delegation includes KCCI board member Talal Jassem Al-Kharafi, Chairman of Board Zain and Chairman of the Union of Investment Comapnies, Asaad Al-Banwan, Bobyan Bank Chairman and representative of Banks Union Ibrahim Al-Qadhi, and KCCI acting Director General Rubah Al-Rubah.
