(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Around 45 companies in real estate, investment, and banking will participate in the exhibition held by Top Expo Group scheduled to take place Monday, Top Expo Group said Sunday.
One hundred real estate projects covering 17 countries around the world will be presented in the five-day Real Estate and Investment Exhibition, the group said in a statement.
The group aims to draw in new investors through presenting new investment opportunities, Director of Projects at the group Mohammad Farghali said.
The Commercial Bank of Kuwait which will be participating in the event was able to offer a variety of products and services through the use of hi-tech, General Manager of the Retail Banking Division Ali Naser Al Mudaiheem said.
Meanwhile, Murabahat Real Estate Solutions Company will be offering visitors real estate and investment opportunities in projects executed in Egypt and Lebanon, the company's Director of Sales Mohammad Al-Shafee said.
Managing Director of Al-Masaken International Real Estate Development Company Ahmad Al-Majed said that the company will continue its campaign offering housing units of 470 square meters starting with KD 46,000 approved by the Savings and Credit Bank.
The company will provide blueprints and licenses, while appointing a team to handle paperwork involved, he said, adding that new projects for unique housing units in Ouqaila area will be offered for customers.
As for Original Group International, it will continue promoting for "Saraya Al-Khiran" project where it will be constructing a resort equipped with entertainment facilities, gardens, and pools, the group's CEO Mohammad Al-Mashloom said.
Al-Mushtaraka real estate company will launch a program whereby the company pays the rent of housing units up to three months in advance on behalf of its customers, the company's Director Genera Tariq Al-Saqibi said.
The company would be representing real estate leased by different government bodies and engineering and consulting offices, offering maintenance contracts, and assigning security personnel.
