(MENAFN Press) Following a busy summer when Ramadan events augmented the continuing high levels of corporate traffic, the Liwa Executive Suites in Abu Dhabi, managed by Coral Hotels & Resorts, has expectations of continued high occupancies through the autumn and winter period.

According to Hotel Manager Amr Hamed, with a packed calendar of events scheduled at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, as well as other venues in the city, Abu Dhabi is poised for record visitor numbers “ a trend that bodes well for hotel and apartment operators in the UAE capital.

"The range of events is extraordinary, starting with the major Abu Dhabi International Hunting & Equestrian Exhibition through to the Chic Lady Show and the 18th World Route Development Forum in September alone," he said, adding that the latter event was a major showcase for the world aviation industry and an excellent platform for Abu Dhabi International Airport and Etihad Airways.

In addition to pulling in regional and international visitors, the hotel sector in Abu Dhabi is benefiting from increased corporate activity associated with the major project development in the capital.

"To underscore the growing reputation of the Liwa Executive Suites for small meetings, we will relaunch our special deal that offers discounts of up to 50 per cent on daily delegate packages," said Mr Hamed.

The rate valid through the autumn is AED 75 per person, plus 16 per cent service and tax, inclusive of lunch and two coffee breaks.

The first Coral hotel in the UAE capital, the 54-suite Liwa Executive Suites is located next to City Terminal in downtown Abu Dhabi, close to offices, malls and tourist attractions. It offers a dedicated business centre, three meeting rooms, all-day restaurant caf and 24-hour rooms service as well as a fitness centre and rooftop pool.
